Cliff Ousley wins the Ridgerunner Hare Scramble but not without battling the Whoop Monster which is heard of and feared by many:) Cliff had break trouble early in the race and eventually gave the lead to Tyler Carter. Tyler had a great ride going but had catastrophic bike problems forcing him to retire. Tyler's problems allowed Cliff to swap break systems from another bike then go back out and overall the race with time to spare.
